If you love having a warm neck and chest, but you hate wearing a scarf, thanks goodness for someone with too much time on their hands. It's called the Necky and, according to the product website, it's, quote, "the world's first scarf designed to keep your neck and chest totally warm and protected."
Honestly, that's a terrible description of the Necky . . . for several reasons. Not the least of which is that it isn't really a scarf. It's like a fleece bib that covers your neck and chest. Do you really want to be known as the adult with an insulated bib? Atleast you'll be warm.
